No underdog made the final card, and that is the correct editorial decision for this slate. There were a few tempting dogs on price alone, but none offered the kind of complete matchup case that justified publishing them as standalone plus-money plays.
Several spots had one attractive ingredient without the full package. Some underdogs had a live starter, others had a home-field angle or one hot bat, but too many of those cases still required the favorite to underperform rather than the dog to clearly earn the ticket.
